Parma is located in Northern Italy, between Milan and Bologna, along the ancient Emilia Road. The city has excellent connections with the largest Italian cities and it can be easily reached by plane, train or car.

Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana is a high speed

The station is located on the

Milano-Bologna high-speed railway and Reggio Emilia-Guastalla railway. (40 min from Milano, 2 hours from Rome). Fast trains connections for the main national destinations are available daily.

How to reach Parma by car:

Motorways that connect Parma to other cities within the region: A1 Milano-Bologna (Parma Fiere exit) and A15 Parma-La Spezia (Parma Ovest exit). 

Please keep in mind that the historical centre of Parma is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) controlled by cameras working every day, even on holidays.  During the day, access to the centre is allowed only to residents or those who need to reach their hotels. The regulations on Limited Traffic Zones and parking areas in the city centre apply also to vehicles with foreign plates.
