"text": "Ha ricoperto il ruolo di Vicesindaco del Comune di Parma dal 2017 al 2022 con deleghe allo Sport, Personale, Contratti e Gare, Patrimonio, Sportelli Polifunzionali, Statistica, Servizi Demografici ed Elettorale, Protocollo ed Archivio ed Economato. In precedenza, \u00e8 stato Capogruppo di maggioranza, dal 2012 al 2017, e membro del Consiglio Comunale di Parma, della quarta commissione Commissione \u201cPatrimonio, Partecipazioni, Interventi in campo economico e tributario e Bilancio\u201d e della settima \u201cGaranzia e Controllo\u201d. Ha conseguito la laurea magistrale in \u201cEconomia e International Business\u201d all\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Parma con una tesi sugli strumenti di misurazione del benessere alternativi e integrativi al PIL. Durante e dopo gli studi ha lavorato per alcune societ\u00e0 di consulenza. Dal 2014 \u00e8 iscritto all\u2019albo dei consulenti finanziari abilitati all\u2019offerta fuori sede.",
