Mutt\u201d, che mostra la sua volont\u00e0 di tagliare i ponti con le convenzioni artistiche, i criteri di giudizio estetico tradizionali. Si passa poi al Surrealismo\u00a0con due rari capolavori, Le Consolateur di Giorgio De Chirico, riconosciuto tra i padri del movimento, e Sans Titre\u00a0di Victor Brauner\u00a0del 1931. Troviamo poi la sezione I grandi maestri internazionali che vanta, tra gli altri, un Pablo Picasso Femme sur un fauteuil del 1962, un ritratto della sua seconda moglie, e Marc Chagall\u00a0con un\u2019opera tarda del 1980 Le couple davant le peintre. Presente anche l'artista statunitense Edward Hopper con il suo disegno\u00a0Near Eastham del 1946. L'esposizione continua con l'importante spazio dedicato a I maestri del Novecento italiano tra cui spicca Giorgio Morandi con\u00a0La Natura morta del 1948 e, ancora, Felice Casorati\u00a0e Filippo De Pisis, Mario Sironi\u00a0e l\u2019artista parmigiano Atanasio Soldati\u00a0(1896-1953) che \u00e8 stato il caposcuola dell\u2019astrattismo geometrico italiano, e Antonio Ligabue, interprete dell'arte molto presente nel collezionismo parmense. Si passa poi alla sezione L'informale europeo e CoBrA con Pierre Alechinsky\u00a0tra gli altri fino ad imbatterci nella sala dedicata a L'informale in Italia con Alberto Burri\u00a0e Giuseppe Capogrossi. Una sezione specifica \u00e8 l'approfondimento Tra informale ed espressionismo astratto con opere di Conrad Marca-Relli e Georg Baseliz; non manca uno sguardo sull'Astrattismo geometrico di matrice concretista e arte cinetica e su Lucio Fontana e lo spazialismo: l\u2019artista \u00e8 rappresentato in mostra da Concetto Spaziale e\u00a0Attese. Seguono poi le opere di Arte Cinetica programmata fino a Oltre lo spazialismo per arrivare a L'astrattismo con Fausto Melotti, Piero D'Orazio\u00a0ed Ettore Colla. Una sezione a parte \u00e8 dedicata a Fabio Mauri e Pietro Cascella\u00a0e poi al Concettuale con Emilio Isgr\u00f2.\u00a0Il percorso espositivo prosegue con Boetti, Mondino e l'oriente\u00a0verso L'arte povera, tra cui troviamo Janis Kounellis\u00a0e Michelangelo Pistoletto\u00a0con l\u2019installazione Hunger del 2007, realizzata e prodotta da Solares Fondazione delle Arti.
